“2024 – Covid’s Disruption is Over…
So It’s Back to Work… Please!“
Budget day tomorrow – Lots of change expected for working people and the businesses they work for.
Many countries have an aging population e.g. Japan, UK and a lot of others, they are all going to suffer! Costly pensions for the elderly; not enough young people to do all the work needed to earn the income for the economy (WOW). Big impact on the governments that’ve been generous until now.
Trying to maintain the same standards of income for millions of people is a difficult task. The UK is trying to find a way to balance everything and keep the pensioners happy, the workers happy and the disabled people feeling that they’re being treated fairly.
At different times in a typical lifetime, we all go through these stages unless we are born with that silver spoon in the mouth. Yes, there are a few of those to consider but they can usually look after themselves. The plan appears to be, therefore, to get as many people as possible actually working.
The next point is to improve the old challenge of PRODUCTIVITY… Who on earth would want to work for the government, having these challenges facing you every day of the week? Surely it’s better to spin off the old well-trodden track and do some sort of side hussle. Simply make your own way with just a handful of close relatives to look after?
Starting small makes it fun and enjoyable, as long as you are prepared to work all hours of the day and night to get your idea off the ground and flying to the bank with loads of cash every day, week and month of the year! You have to create your own safety net if you want to survive (No more government handouts). Being in business is a different type of tough from government types of tough!
The writing is on the wall, the message is out there and the challenge should be understood by everybody with even a titchy-bit of grey matter… Make your own way, get out there and decide what excites you – Don’t wait for that sea of debt to start lapping over your shoes, worse still, rising up your legs. Take stock, then TAKE ACTION!
