“As-Is” means what it says, “What is your current situation?” Here I am as is.
This is your chance to interract with the programme. Consider that the path you are about to take is between your current location on the map to the location that represents your ultimate goal. Let’s use the old map reading analogy where you have the right map and you know where you want to be at the end of a journey; trouble is, you don’t know your current location!!
Your riches and wealth. You need to identify your actual levels of savings, assets and overall wealth. It’s your personal data so there’s no need to divulge this to anyone. However, you will need to have a clear idea of where you are financially and why you need to seek more income. This information will determine, to some extent, your energy and motivation for going forward.
Don’t skip this stage thinking that you know your position without any effort. My suggestion is to sit down with a notebook and sketch out your world of worth. Savings (if any); Pension(s); Income(s); Insurance(s); Investment(s); Business(s); Property(s); Cars; Equipment; Stock; Fine Art; Land; Intellectual Property; Other Assets. At the end of this stage you will be able to say more confidently… Here I am As Is?
Spend at least 15-30 minutes on this exercise and observe your thoughts about what you would like to achieve as you progress each element. For example, if you have no savings you might consider that you would like to have savings of $100,000. Alternatively, if you have savings of $30,000 you might wish to have $200,000 in the bank. Make a note of your ‘wish list’ as you recall your real “As-Is” situation.
The analysis of your “As-Is” findings will include adding up all the elements to determine 
your total worth. Another aspect of the review will help you get a feel for how you might like to change the balance of your assets. For example, you might decide to make some investments once you start bringing in the money instead of piling it up in the bank… an early stage of financial management. However, I recognise that if you don’t have a dollar to your name this might seem like a step too far at this stage.
Whatever your current worth, this programme will gear you up for making a substantial improvement to your wealth. The Internet is for everyone but the way you approach the systems will, to some extent, determine how easy and how fast your results will appear.
