We’ve all seen the antics of Boris Johnson, performing to the crowd and demonstrating a shallow knowledge of just about everything from foreign affairs to interpersonal behaviours, well this is the nearest you’ll get to a perfect antidote… Jeremy Hunt M.P.

He’s smartly dressed (BoJo isn’t). Polite and sincere (BoJo struggles here). Cool and cares about detailed planning… I’m afraid that Boris is not cool and he prefers to have others do the detailed stuff. Hunt and BoJo are poles apart!

Which one would you chose to help you earn enough money to buy a new house? Think hard about it, then check out Mr. Hunt’s Antidote to BoJo.

Making and managing money is only one thing a new Prime Minister needs to be very good at but I think you’ll agree, it’s a very important competence. And the P.M needs to be good with persuasion, negotiation and diplomacy too. However much we appreciate a bit of light entertainment after battling a new trade agreement all day and night, we surely don’t want or expect our leader to act like a prancing bear in a circus ring… Boris is a joke.

Jeremy Hunt is honourable and upstanding, forthright and fair. Can you say all that about Boris Johnson? The only BoJo achievement has been his time as London Mayor. Hunt’s record though goes back years and you can put your finger on his credible wins – those he made while fighting for the NHS and, more recently, as the British Foreign Secretary, something old Boris fudged-up and caused world leaders to think we had adopted a clown to represent us. I suggest there is no competition between JH and BJ – None!

However, Boris is likely to be elected as Prime Minister and Jeremy Hunt is likely to be asked to do the negotiation job in Brussels. Now, let’s wait and see if our analysis comes to anything and remember to ask yourself… who would you trust to partner you in business while you were having to make enough money to buy a new house?
